Logo-header help for my forum

I have the header-logo for my newgroundsbest.forumotion.com forum uploaded on photobucket but it wont upload it on my forum-it wont show the picture.
Whats the problem so i could know.

Ok well....Make sure its the Required size. Then pic format and then remember to select it and click save in the admin panel.

It worked when i used .gif picture and the correct link.
