Why dont you put a chatbox on the nav links heres how to do it:
Go to www.xat.com
Make a chatbox
Copy the code
Go to administration panel
Go to modules then HTML pages management
Create new HTML page
Paste the code into the HTML source
Now copy the link url
Go to general
then click on Nav links
Add a customized menu
Paste the link
Thats how i got a professional chatbox.
